28th April 2016 – Duncan Waddell (Family reunion)
“Lisa and Stewart, it was kind of you to allow our family to foregather at Beaufort on the 19th. I know that all of us who were there are most grateful to you both for your welcome, your kindness and the warmth of your hospitality. For the first 20 years of my life Beaufort was as much home to me as Lattaville, a little further down the road. I’m especially grateful for the respect and indeed the love you’ve both brought to the house. I think that at last Beaufort has found owners who recognize and appreciate all that it has to offer, and that gives me great pleasure and satisfaction. Thank you again and all good wishes,” Gunnie.

10th January 2015 – Val Borrie – fundraiser(Ball gown display)
“To the Lord and Lady of the Manor, Lisa and Stewart. Thank you once again for the loan of your beautiful reception centre, Beaufort Manor. There is no doubt the ball gowns looked spectacular in that perfect setting. With my sincere appreciation, Val B.

20th August 2014 – Irene Sutton (Hon. Sec. Redcross Australia) Centenary Luncheon
Dear Lisa and Stewart, on behalf of all the members of Knowfield Redcross, Knox Emergency Services and all our friends who were lucky enough to attend our Centenary Luncheon at Beaufort Manor on Saturday, than you most sincerely for a truly magnificent day. The food was really great and the ambiance of the function room was excellent. Thank you also for involving some of the local community for our day. The quilts were really fantastic and Adam’s guitar playing was just right for our background music.” Yours sincerely, Irene.

31st October 2014- Yea Camera Club (5 day photography exhibition)
“Thank you Lisa and Stewart for your hospitality at the beautiful Beaufort Manor during the past week. Our guests and members were enchanted by your venue and our show was all the more enjoyable having it here. Well done to you both.”

6th February 2014 – Ruth Crockett (Sec. Yea Hospital and Rosebank Auxiliary) – Wedding gown Exhibits.
“The members of the Yea Hospital and Rosebank auxiliary wish to extend to you our grateful thanks for allowing us to use your premises for our Wedding Gown display. It was unanimously agreed by our Auxiliary, and visitors to the display, that the venue was the reason for the success of the display. We thank you both for all your help given to us.”
